This Deed of Temporary Easement ("Deed") is made by and between Ronald W. Steinman and
Paula Lee Steinman, Trustees of the Steinman Living Trust dated Marcie 15, 2006 ("Grantors"),
and Michael C. Robertson, an unmarried person ("Grantee").

Grantors wish to provide the temporary easement described herein over a portion of Lot 1 for the
purpose of a greenhouse located on Lot 2.
GRANT OF TEMPORARY EASEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, for One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantors hereby grant to Grantee, his
heirs, successors and assigns, a temporary easement for greenhouse purposes over the following
described real property (the "Easement Area'):
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 36,
Township 27 North, Range 3 East, W.M., Snohomish County, Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter;
thence N 88x19' 17" W, a distance of 304.00 feet;
thence N 1'19'15" E, a distance of 89.73 feet to the True Point ofBeginning;
thence continuing N 1019? 15" E, a distances of 4.52 feet;
thence S 32041'03" W, a distance of 3.94 feet;
thence S 570 18'57" E, a distance of 2.40 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
1. Purpose of Easement. The sole purpose of the easement is for the existence of a
greenhouse owned by Grantee situated m part on the Easement Area. No other rights or purpose
are granted with respect to the easement granted herein.
2. Term. The term of the easement granted herein is temporary and shall terms to
immediately and without further notice when the greenhouse on the Easement Area as ofthe date
of execution of this Deed of Temporary Easement is no longer situated on the Easement Arca,
whether in whole or in part.
