SCOPE OF REVIEW The scope of this review is for the Structural, Ordinance, V&IAQC, Energy requirements of this project. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. ORDINANCE COMMENTS General 1. Please clarify the parking spaces for this structure. The drawings do not reflect the required parking spaces that will be provided. Please modify accordingly. Detail 10: Please specify the requirement for the lateral bracing of the interior partitions. All that is noted as required. What is the spacing of the bracing? Please specify this on the drawings. 4. Detail 9: Please specify the required metal screws to support the diagonal bracing in order to check capacity. All that is notes is 2x blocking w/ Screws. More information is required to be specified to complete the review of this connection. VENTILATION AND INDOOR AIR QUALITY Mechanical portion listedas' a deferred submittal.
