Project: Stupid Prices Tenant Improvement
Project Address: 10117 Edmonds Way
During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information.,
clarifications or changes are needed. Unfortunately the submittal was very incomplete, so a
complete review could not be done. Please submit revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison,
Senior Permit Coordinator.
1. Enclosed is the City's Tenant Improvement Handout. Please read through the handout and
provide revised plans showing minimum submittal information noted in the handout.
2. As noted in the handout, a State licensed Architect or Professional Engineer is required to stamp
the plans since the building exceeds 4000 sf. RCW 18.08.410 #6
3. Provide State licensed contractor information or complete the enclosed Exemption from
Contractor Registration Verification Form D. Tenants are not permitted to work on the
property they are leasing.
Once 2 sets of plans and documents addressing the above items are submitted a complete review
will be done.
