The site plan shows the asphalt driveway cormectim-1 to, the concrete driveway which leads straight up to the entrance of the new garage. A site visit confirn-ted (licit approximately 425sf of this area is established landscaping surrounded by a retaining wall. This landscaped area must be paved to create access to the garage and will be considered new impervious surface, The originally submitted impervious surface total for the garage/shop, breezeway, and concrete walk was 1790sf, Adding 425sf of additional impervious surface brings the total to 2215sf Per Edmonds Community Development Code Chapter 18.30 adding over 2000sf of impervious surface post -1977 requires detention of storm water.
