Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following
information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue. If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to working with you on this project.

Please provide a written response to the items mentioned below…
1.Setbacks:
Due to its location in the RS-8 zone, the north “street” setback for this property is 25 feet. Please
revise the plans and the site plan so that the proposed garage is at least 25 feet from the north property line
(24’6” shown). This will probably result in a smaller garage, so please update the lot coverage and impervious
surface calculations, too.
2.Height Rectangle:
Please include the two covered porches in the height rectangle (bump it out further west)
and revise the calculations as appropriate. Please revise both the plans and the site plan and ensure that the
project still remains under the 25-foot height limit.
3.Chimney/Fireplace:
Please add the chimney/fireplace to the site plan.
