SUBJECT: Site Improvement Maintenance Bond, Project 210"' LLC
Dear Mr. Herman,
The City of Edmonds, Engineering Division, has performed h the required two-year
maintenance inspection of the site improvements for the 76' Ave Professional Center. In
order for the Site Improvement Maintenance Bond to be released the following correction
must be made:
1. Please replace failed concrete audible warning sidewalk panel located at comer of
76 1h Ave W. and 21 01h St SW. Please see attached photograph showing area of
failure.
Please call the Engineering Inspection line at 425-771-0220, ext. 1326 to request a final
inspection once this correction has been made. Upon final approval the City will allow for
release of your maintenance bond.
