Thank you for submitting a building permit application for a micro facility and radio equipment shed at
Avenue WestRS-8
in the zone. I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division
and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the
Planning Division review can continue. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look

Please provide a written response to the items mentioned below…
1.Community Meeting:
As you know, pursuant to ECDC 18.05.050.B.5, you must hold an informational
meeting for all property owners within 300 feet of the pole. Please update me on the status of this meeting, and
if it has not yet occurred, please include me in your notice mailing so that I have postmarked information for
your file. Refer to Ordinance #3701 (attached) for more information. Please inform me of the outcome of the
meeting, and if there are any changes you’d like to propose as a result of the meeting.
2.Micro Facility:
Pursuant to ECDC 20.50.010.F, micro facilities, “shall be separated by a distance equal to or
greater than 1,320 linear feet from other micro facilities of the same wireless provider.” Typically we’ll
receive a vicinity map showing how the proposal meets this requirement – do you have this information
availble? Please somehow convey how your proposal meets this requirement.
