1.Site Plan:
Please provide a true and accurate (to scale) site plan for review. I’m enclosing a
sample, along with a list of items required to be shown on the site plan. All of the items that

items either “existing” (old) or “proposed” (new).

a.Light Structures where are these located on the property, how tall are they, and how
close are they to the property lines? Please show on the site plan.
b.Deck:
your permit indicates deck removal/repair – where was this deck? Please label
existing and proposed deck on the site plan, and provide distance to property line, as well
as the height of the deck from grade.
c.Garage / ADU:
why was a window added in the garage? Is this new heated space? I
need to determine if you would like to add an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) within the
garage area or within the home in general. If so, please review the enclosed handout on
the ADU permitting process, which is a separate land use permit. I’d be happy to answer
any questions that you have about ADUs.
