I have re-reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the Planning Division review can continue. Please provide a written response to the items mentioned below… THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WERE NOT ADDRESSED WITH THE LAST REVIEW: 1.Site Plan: Please provide a true and accurate (to scale) site plan for review. I’m enclosing a sample, along with a list of items required to be shown on the site plan. All of the items that I need to verify for the Planning Division will need to be shown on the site plan. Please label items either “existing” (old) or “proposed” (new). 2.Light Structures: where are these located on the property, how tall are they, and how close are they to the property lines? Please show on the site plan. 3.Deck: your permit indicates deck removal/repair – where was this deck? Please label existing and proposed deck on the site plan, and provide distance to property line, as well as the height of the deck from grade. : 4.Garage / ADUwhy was a window added in the garage? Is this new heated space? I need to determine if you would like to add an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) within the garage area or within the home in general. If so, please review the enclosed handout on the ADU permitting process, which is a separate land use permit. I’d be happy to answer any questions that you have about ADUs. 5.Walkway Railings: what is the height of the new railings? 6.Patios: please show the existing and proposed patios on the site plan. 7.Eaves: please show the existing and proposed eaves of the house on the site plan (dashed line works great). 8.Lot Coverage: please show the footprint and area (square feet) of all existing and proposed structures (including the deck) on the site plan.
