Thank you for submitting a building permit application for a at

in the zone. I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the Planning

Division review can continue. Please provide a written response to the items mentioned below…
1.Site Plan:
a.East Bay Window:
It looks like there is a bay window bump-out along the east side of the building.
Please show this on the site plan and make sure it’s fully enclosed within the height rectangle. Please
update the height calculations if necessary.

b.North ChimneyPlease enclose the north chimney bump-out in the height rectangle and update the height
calculations if necessary. As shown, chimneys may project up to 30” into the setback.
c.Setbacks:
Please label or dimension the north (10’) and east (25’) setbacks on the site plan to ensure
compliance.
d.Rockery:
Please remember that rockeries cannot exceed three feet in height above original grade within
the setback area, as indicated in the detail on sheet E 8.9 – this will be a condition of approval.
