SithiPcf- RF—Permi 2007-0681 [Garden windows
All I can do is to approach the City council to see if they would be amendable to removing the phrase "which ever
is less" from the code amendment that would then allow the windows to remain.

Duane,
Now it is March - we rec'd. the notice sent by your office about a week ago indicating that we needed to
have an official survey, or document, done so that compliance w/ the new regulation is met. The
information is still the same, the garden windows are about 1 112 inches inside our property line & they
project approximately 12 - 14 inches from the face of the building.
I am coming to the building department tomorrow (3-17-09) for another matter. I would like to speak
w/you if you are available.
Thanks,
Al Larsen
