Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Senior Permit Coordinator. Thank you. 1.Please complete and submit the Interior Lighting Summary form as found online at www.neec.net/resources/resources.html. 2.Engineer of Record, please stamp and sign sheets A-1.1 and G-1.0. 3.Please verify the actual square footage of the tenant space. The dimensions provided do not agree with the figure of 990 square feet as on sheet G-1.0, nor do they agree with existing City records that show 1180 square feet. Modify the occupant load calculations if needed. 4.The reception desk must be accessible. Please indicate on the plans how it will meet the provisions of section 904.3 of ANSI A117.1 with a maximum height of 36” for a minimum length of 30”. 5.The alterations require accessibility upgrades to the existing space per WAC 51.50 (IBC 3409.7). On the plans clearly show that the entire exterior and interior accessible route of travel complies with current code, or provide upgrades per the previously referenced section. Specifically, one recent code change requires a vertical grab bar on the wall adjacent to the toilet per ANSI A117.1 section 604.5.1. Please show this grab bar and any other upgrades on the plans. 6.Please show the locations of the ceiling supply and exhaust grilles in plan view, in proximity to each other and to the work stations. 7.Please show by analysis that the exhaust system proposed is not negatively affected by, nor negatively affects, the HVAC system for the entire space. 8.Show how ventilation air is provided to the Office room.
