This letter is in response to your request dated July 31, 2009 for reconsideration of the requirement to
replace the newly constructed concrete section of the driveway in the right of way with asphalt.
The City of Edmonds Engineering Division will allow the section of concrete driveway in thel92"d St SW
right of way to remain with the following provisions;
The property owner understands that he will be responsible at his own expense for the maintenance,
repair, and replacement of the portion of the driveway within the public right of way; and
The property owner understands that if City utility work disturbs or damages portions of the concrete
driveway in the city right of way, repairs to the driveway will be made using hot mix asphalt (HMA).
Please sign and date below signifying that you understand and agree to these provisions.
Please return the signed copy to the City of Edmonds, Engineering Division.
