Project Address: 665 Edmonds Way
During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Senior Permit
Coordinator. Thank you.
1.Previous item 21: Provide completed Lighting Budget Worksheets for Interior and Exterior
lighting.
2.Recent review of the HWA soils report dated July 18, 2007 has revealed some additional
concerns not previously identified.
a.Please provide Figure 2, the Site and Exploration Plan Map, which is missing from
the report.
b.Please change the 12 inch footing dimension in detail 1/A3 to 18 inches to reflect the
language in the soils report.
c.Special Inspection of soils will be required for the project. Please complete and
return the attached Special Inspection Agreement form.
