Project: Change of Use- Independence Auto Sales
Project Address: 23725 Edmonds Way
During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Senior Permit
Coordinator. Thank you.
1.Provide an accurate floor plan with dimensions, scaled at ¼ per foot. Include the following;
a.Indicate if there are any changes to the existing floor plan/construction. The floor
plan provided shows a different room configuration than that shown on the Citys
latest records (from 2006).
b.Label all rooms as to use.
c.Indicate all door sizes and direction of swing.
d.Show on the plans that the entrance is accessible, with a minimum 36 inch door
width, maximum ½ high threshold, and lever (or other accessible) hardware.
e.Show the layout of the customer service area including dimensions and location of
any service counters. Where provided, at least one service counter shall be
accessible.
f.Show on the plans any Exit signs and emergency lighting.
g.Show the location of all toilets and sinks.
2.Show on a separate site plan, the dimensions and signage for the accessible parking stall and
adjacent access aisle.
