On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the February 24, 2010 resubmittal of above building permit
application. During review of the subject resubmittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review:

2. Lot Area and Coverage: \MWi �Sl D.
3. Subdivision requirements: The proposed new single family residence will be going on Lot 2 of a subdivision
that was approved in 2001 under permit number S-99-238. Some conditions of the subdivision need to be
addressed before planning can sign off on the building permit.
a. Carport: Under note number 5 on the short plat notes on the first page of the short plat states that,
"carport/storage area on Lot 2 to be removed. Setback requirements for Lot 1 must be met prior to issuance
of building permit for Lot 2." A demolition permit for the carport must be submitted and the carport
removed before the building permit for the single family residence on Lot 2 can be issued.
