The structural issues noted on pages 10 and 11 of the Condominium Conversion Report
dated December 1st of 2006 have been repaired according to my direction and
according to structural repair details prepared under my direction and supervision.
Recent observations of the repairs of the connectivity issues between the roof
diaphragms and the exterior shear walls were performed on January 15th 2008.
