Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Senior Permit Coordinator. Thank you. 1.Portions of the drawing are not complete, discernable or legible. Please use colors or other more discernable markings to delineate the piping. 2.Show the route of the drains from the hand sink and 3 compartment sink. The 3 compartment sink must route through the grease trap, but the hand sink drain may not. 3.The configuration of the tie in at the 3 inch vertical near the main entry is unclear. Please show the location of the 3 inch vertical (is it inside the wall?), show both the horizontal lines (1 ½ inch and 2 inch), and where the nearest vent is located. 4.Why is there a sump next to the glass washer? Wherever practicable, fixtures shall be drained by gravity. Please provide the specifications for both the sump and the glass washer to show what you are proposing. 5.The Studor vents noted under the bar will be allowed if there is no practical way to connect those drains to conventional vents, providing that portion of the DWV system include at least one 2 inch vent to the roof. Please show this on the plans. 6.Please indicate on the plans the type of backflow preventer at the ice maker. This should either be a factory air gap or an RPBA. 7.Please indicate an RPBA at the glass washer. 8.What type of backflow devices are shown near the PRV and the Prep sink? What fixtures do they serve?
