To whom it may concern,
CG Engineering has been retained as our agent/representative to apply for the pen -nits applicable to the
repair work necessary to correct structural deficiencies observed with water intrusion within the
building envelope on the south wall line.
The 2011 Snohomish County assessed valuation of all units within El Capitan is $12,167,000. The
south wall line repair work is valued at less than 5% of this. Once the contractor is selected, we will
provide their written estimation of the repair work as required to finalize the permit process.
