Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Senior Permit Coordinator. Thank you. 1.Please label the use of each room in the suites that are currently occupied. If the designated use affects the occupant load of a space, please show the revised occupant load calculations. 2.Please provide dimensions at the entry hall of suite 202 to show a minimum of 18 inches clear space on the latch side of the door for maneuvering clearance. ANSI A117.1 Section 404.2.3 3.The alterations require accessibility upgrades per WAC 51.50 (IBC 3411.7). On the plans clearly show that the entire interior accessible route of travel (including the common restrooms) complies with current code, or provide upgrades per the previously referenced section. If you choose to use exception #1 of that section, provide a letter stamped and signed by the architect (reference the code exception), stating the overall project cost, 20% of the project cost, and list the accessibility upgrades that will be done as part of this permit as well as showing that the total cost of the upgrades is at least 20%.
