I apologize for the oversight. I have attached samples of construction sequencing and construction notes. Please review to ensure these remarks are consistent with your project and add any specific notes that may be appropriate to this site. As for the site plan example, I think that in addition to the items I listed in #1, 1 wanted to point out how the impervious surface calculation box from the E72 handout worksheet should be added to the plan. The information shown in the example should be included on the architectural site plan so providing the architect with the impervious surface calc box to add to his plan and showing the adjacent road information should suffice. I would caution to wait until I get back to you with the determination regarding pedestrian traffic before making changes to the plan. Our, program manager, Jeanie McConnell, and I discussed the issue of the rockery.. As she pointed out, our code very clearly states that rockeries are not allowed in the right of way. When a site is redeveloped, the City of Edmonds requires that all elements of the site must be brought to current code. Therefore our earlier discussion about the section of right of way no longer applies. The replacement of the entire rockery located in the right of way must be replaced. 'The code does allow for retaining walls in the right of way, if an Encroachment permit is obtained. l have attached the paperwork necessary to be completed if you choose to construct a retaining wall. Bertrand Hauss, Transportation Engineer, and I wHI be visiting the site tomorrow at 11 am to determine if and where pedestrian traffic control measures, will need to be added. I hope to get back to you in the early afternoon.
