During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: yv� w.cii.edmonds mwa mu under City Government / City
Departments / Public Works/ Engineering Division:
1. Does the existing roofline drainage go to splashblock or tightline? Note on plans.
2. The impervious surface calculations must include the eves on structures. The plans show 550sf new
structure, 286sf new carport, and ? sf of new gravel driveway. All these area are new impervious
surface and must be included in the impervious surface calculation box. Please revise.
3. Please note on the plans that all disturbed areas will be compost amended at restoration.
4. Edmonds Community Development Code Chapter 18 states; "Driveway approaches shall estenc forr
the edge of the existing street a distance of 20 feet or to the edge of the property line, whichever is
greater. Approaches shall be constructed of asphalt concrete". Please show on plans.
5. Please show all utilities from property line to structure on the plans.
Please resubmit a response to each correction item and 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a
