During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to Linda Thornquist, Permit
Coordinator. Thank you.
1.Gas piping is indicated on the permit application but not on the plans. Please provide line
drawings showing pipe sizing and location.
2.Please provide details and specifications for the grease duct one hour protection through the
roof ceiling assembly.
