WHEREAS, on December 5, 1995, the Edmonds City Council held a hearing regarding the rezone of property described in File No. R-95-143 from multifamily residential 2.4 to general commercial 2 (CG2), and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the staff report and evidence submitted indicate that the rezone is in compliance with the State Environmental Protection Act, the Edmonds Community Development Code and the Edmonds Comprehensive Plan, and WHEREAS, the evidence introduced at the hearing indicated that the criteria of the Code were met and no contrary evidence was presented to the City Council, the Edmonds City Council therefore finds that all the criteria established by the Edmonds Community Development Code to rezone the real property described herein have been met, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: wSS118744.10/F0006.150.002BIB0006. uni 'q 1 11 pAcr 2 2 9 2 Section 1.
