Subject: Lot Line Adjustment 5-93-239
Dear Interested Parties:
As documented by letters from the Snohomish County Assessor's Office, the lot line adjustment
(LLA) recorded under AFN 9408120133 (LLA file number 5-93-239) was never completed
since deeds of conveyance were never recorded actually transferring the property.
The City of Edmonds acknowledges that the parties involved with the LLA 5-93-239 wish to
retain the original lot lines as recorded in the Pine Ridge Estates subdivision (AFN 8112305015)
and that the parties will not be recording deeds of conveyance to complete the lot line
adjustment.
The July 2, 2011 notification letter that LLA 5-93-239 will not be completed and associated
documentation will be placed in the 5-93-239 file and no further action will be taken by the City
of Edmonds.
