I-L-IoAnne,
This lot (Lot 7 as shown on the attached but identified as ILot 5 on the associated plat) is in the old Eagles Cresi
PRID. The way it was set up, it looks like impervious could cover the entire polygon. The ADD/ICE approved the
design of the lot to have a garden courf area for off-street parking and garage access, a building area to the
west, and at grade palio/garden to the west of that - mast/all of the other lots appear to have been
developed that way although there are decks on most of the west elevations as well. There is a homeowner's
association that controls what the houses look like so we don't have to worry about thot, From Planning's
perspective, they'll need to meet today's critical areas codes. I'd rather see them move the house to the east
off the slope and get rid of the garden court but I'm not sure it that is an option (17005 72rd Place appears to
have no garden court on that lot while the rest of them do). Does Engineering need the garden court area for
turn -around or some other reason or could we suggest moving everything to the east?
