SUBJECT: Permit application BLD2011-0408 — Harbor Square Athletic Club Spa
Dear Mr. LaFon:

The permit application for the Spa has expired. On November 181h of 2011, a letter was sent to
you noting that the permit would expire in December and that action to request an extension
would be required. The extension was not requested. At this point I would ask to you advise as
to the action that will be taken regarding the spa construction. As you are aware, the spa was
constructed without a permit and the application was intended to bring the situation into
compliance.
Is the spa construction to be demolished, or is there a plan to provide a new design? Please
respond as soon as possible, but no later than three weeks from today. After that time, I will
need to turn this back over to code enforcement for action on the unpermitted work.
