1) 3 updated copies supplied. [Tried to find out what the right categories are; trust at least
that they totaled as the proper result even though the sub -categories may be off. Let me know
if adjustment is needed.
2) Dates have been noted and/or adjusted.
4) The Concrete Pad at the SE Corner of the property has been noted as post '77 and factored
accordingly.
5) The Concrete Pad West of the house has been duly noted and factored as post,77. I am
supplying a print that our neighbor had which locates the sewer easement. This location has
been entered into the Plot Plan accordingly. No conflict between existing pad and easement is
note.
6) 1 have the two wood decks (2x6 spaced const.) to the Plot Plan as you requested. As I

7) The addition in 1984/88 is the existing 2 story SW section of the house noted originally as
'67?. 1 imagine that is the '84/88 addition that is on the record. I have inquired twice about
the additions date from the department and they said they had no record. It has been factored
as post '77 in the chart.
8) 1 have both located the 10' easement on the Plot Plan and supplied a copy of the plans from
the Kairez Vista project that notes it accordingly. I would assume you have those on file to
corroborate.
9) 1 have attempted to look up the terms 'compost amended', but I am still at a loss as to what
it means. I am only having to dig an 18"x18" footing, 4' deep, beneath my existing deck, so the
earth being moved is minimal. I will respond to this more satisfactorily when I run down the
meaning.
