The estimated property value of the Stella's Landing Condominiums, based on
insurance valuation is $7,751,000. The contract value to McLeod Construction for
repairs (selective replacement of windows, siding and sheathing) is $181,302.88,
including Washington state sales tax. Overall, the construction cost of the project is
less than 3% of the property value.
