Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a permit coordinator in the Development Services Department. Thank you. 1.Please label the use of each room. (Office, conference, storage, etc.) 2.Provide a description of the proposed wall construction. (for example, 2x4 studs @ 16 inches o.c. w/ ½ inch drywall each side, terminate at grid ceiling.) 3.If there are glass partitions proposed, please indicate on the plans where safety glazing will be required. IBC 2406.4 4.Show the locations of all doors, and indicate lever hardware or equivalent. IBC 1008.1.9.1 5.The minimum dimension between the new wall and the corner of the closet is 32 inches. Please show this on the plan. ANSI A117.1 section 403.5 6.Heat and ventilation will be required for each room. How will this be provided? A separate mechanical permit may be required if alterations are needed to the HVAC system.
