Thank you for taking the tiM(! to meet with me today to discuss Old Milltown and how we are moving
forward with waste and recycle removal for this property.
Based on our meeting today the upper parking lot will not require a new trash and recycle enclosure
based on the following conditions:
1. Rli Old Milltown Associates (Landlord) will have a period of 60 days after the opening of Las
Brisas to monitor the trash and recycle usage for this property,
2. The permit for seal coating and re -striping will be released and Landlord agrees to temporarily
hash mark two parking stalls as shown on attached site plan.
3. If there are no issues after the 60 day trial period and the program is working between the
tenants and property management the city agrees to allow Landlord to re -stripe the two parking
stalls that are hash marked on the upper parking lot (as shown on attached site plan)
In an effort to better serve our tenants a meeting will be coordinated between Rosen Properties and the
local waste company. We will discuss alternative ways to dispose of trash and look into other options
such as a compactor and compost for our food tenants.
Once approved by the city please contact me directly so that we can schedule our seal coat and striping
