The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the above referenced permits will expire
December 4th, 2012 . According to Edmonds Community Development Code Chapter
19.00.005(A)(6)(b), Demo and Retaining wall permits are only valid for a period of 180
days. The projects must be completed and inspections completed by the expiration date
of December 4th, 2012 or your case will be sent back to Code Enforcement with possible
fines.
If City records are incorrect and the job card indicates final inspection approval, please
provide a copy of the job card for City Records.
