Re: Slope Waiver Request — Onslow Residence
Dear City Engineer,
We are requesting a slope variance for 17528 Talbot Road to a maximum of 20%. The
driveway has been graded out as much as possible and is close to a 14% grade. The drive is
graded at 12" vertical rise for 85" of run at the centerline of the drive. The drive curves slightly
and the inside edge may have a slightly steeper slope.
The driveway slope cannot be extended any further to the west because of the location of the
garage. The location of the home and garage is dictated by slope setbacks and cannot be moved
further west.
