Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a permit coordinator in the Development Services Department. Thank you. 1.Please note on the drawings the following conditions from the original construction drawings concerning the south exterior wall: a.Maintain the one hour rating of the wall. b.No openings allowed through the roof within 5 feet of the wall. c.Maintain existing 2 layers of 5/8 Type X drywall on ceiling. 2.The entry door must be a minimum of 36 inches wide. R311.2 3.A whole house ventilation system is required for the dwelling unit. Please provide notes or details regarding features of the system as required in R1508.4. (Size and location of fan, source of makeup air, etc.) 4.Under Energy Notes, please change the R30 roof insulation to R38. 5.It appears new windows are being installed where no openings previously occurred. Please show on the plans how the north and east walls comply with the wall bracing requirements of R602.10. Make any changes as needed for compliance. 6.Indicate header sizes over the new window openings. 7.In canopy detail 5/A301, label the horizontal support member directly under the 4x6 beam.
