`The Laurintine Homeowners Association wishes to have Hanby Construction Company of
Edmonds and its sub -contractor, Johnson Roofing Company, replace the shingles of a portion of
our building's roof.
Repairs are limited to replacement of shingles of the lower pitched roof of our condominium for
which an estimate of $7000 has been received.
The attached pages of our Declaration of Condominium contains information pertaining to each
of the ten units of our building, including square footage of each unit.
While we do not have an appraisal of our building, we hope that the enclosed information of
square footage will allow the building official to determine that the cost of proposed roof repair
will not exceed 5% of the building's estimate value.
