Edmonds Way, Edmonds, Washington.
Please be advised we have reviewed the design for the proposed Walgreen's Retaining
Wall that extends into our parcel and agree to allow its construction. Seven Hills
Properties, the developer of the Walgreens at 9801 Edmonds, Way, Edmonds,
Washington, has also prepared temporary construction easements and permanent
retaining wall easements to allow this work which we have also agreed to.
Kindly accept this letter confirming that we have agreed to the subject retaining wall
portion on our property and grant permission for them to attain a building permit for the
work on our parcel.
