RCW 64.55. Seavue would currently be exempt from the requirements as the value
of the building itself is estimated at $3.9 million. The current work is estimated at
$57,000 and previous work is estimated at $60,000.
5% of the value is $175,000; and our total applicable work to date plus this
projected permit is $117,000.
