Properties LLC, located at 533 Elm Way in Edmonds, is in need of repair work possibly requiring a permit
from the City ofEdmonds.
Based on discussions with a representative of My Contactor Inc, scope of the dry rot repair work is
estimated tocost $28,00O which is less five percent (5%) of the approximate current market value of
the property of$75O,OOU.
