Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a permit coordinator in the Development Services Department. Thank you. 1.Please have the Geotechnical Engineer revise the addendum dated September 5, 2013 to address comments sent last week from Kernen Lien, Senior Planner, concerning content within the geotechnical addendum as well as the need for the geotech to stamp and sign the addendum. 2.The original Geotechnical Report dated July 12, 2013 that the September 5 addendum relied on notes that the setback from the top of the slope should be 50 feet with a 15 foot building setback. The report goes on to say that the 25 feet of buffer closest to the slope should be left as-is. The patio is located within the buffer and building setback identified in the Geotech report and is also located closer than 25 feet to the top of slope which the report mention should be left as-is. Please ensure the revised addendum addresses the inconsistency between the July 12, 2013 and the patio as proposed. 3.Provide an updated site plan showing the existing internal lot line between lots 15610 and 15620 that is missing from this plan. Please provide this on a full sized plan sheet so that the 1:20 scale will be accurate. 4.Note. The City has begun review of the fill and grade permit (BLD2013-0919) and noted that a proposed storm water line crosses the patio. This is just a note that the storm water plans may need to be changed or the patio may be impacted by the storm water lines as depicted on sheet RD-01.
