A complete review cannot be performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the ‘clouded’ changes can be found on the plans, have been submitted to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may result in additional comments. On page A3: 1.Foundation Plan - Provide a callout for detail ‘2’ on page G1 for the continuous footings/foundations to guide proper construction and inspection. 2.Foundation Plan – Clarify the callout for the ‘STHD14’ holdowns to be used at the ends of the ‘P1-2’ braced wall panels on each side of the garage door opening. The location of the holdowns in the concrete stem wall as indicated in detail ‘1’ on page ‘L1’ places them in an ‘endwall’ condition, resulting in a stated manufacturer capacity lower than that required in the provided structural calculations.
