Counties' process of determining the purported sq ft. The existing upper floor is to be removed and the
new upper floor will be built on the existing underlying structure.
50. The required header callout has an indication arrow pointing to it.

63. A "ductless heat pump" has been added into an existing window into the ADU and has been shown
on the West elevation as well, sheet #1.
