Ms. Machuga,
The purpose of this letter is to describe how we have addressed the issues you noted in your plan
review comments dated May 8, 2014.
Item la. The existing metal fence has been Tabled on the Site Plan.
Item I b. There will be no new mechanical equipment on the site.
Item 1c. We are enclosing revised copies of the reduced site plan and attaching the missing information

on separate pages.
Item 2a. We have called out a datum point on the Site Plan at the top of the existing water meter in the
parking strip.
Item 2b. The maximum height elevation and the proposed height elevations have been noted in the
Zoning notes on Sheet A.01.
Item 2c. The elevation of the proposed height has been shown on the east elevation on Sheet A.04
Item 3. We have indicated the items included in the lot coverage calculation in the Zoning Notes on
sheet A.01. Please note, a 41' x 52' rectangle will enclose all the parts of the project included in the lot
coverage calculation and would be 2132 sf, added with the 96 sf existing garden shed equals 2228 sf
which is less than the 2286.9 sf allowed.
