Mr. Rivera,
The purpose of this letter is to describe how we have addressed the issues you noted in your plan
review corrections dated May 15, 2014.
Item L. We have added the reference to the Edmonds standard detail for the silt fence shown on the Site
Plan on Sheet A.01
Item 2. We have added the required note regarding filter socks to the Site Plan on Sheet A.01.
Item 3. The approximate location of the existing waterline has been shown on the Site Plan.
Item 4. The approximate location of existing sewer line has been shown on the Site Plan,
Item 5. The concrete curb cut driveway apron and the concrete sidewalk arc existing. We have
indicated on the Site Plan that a 13'x 20' concrete pad will be added over the existing gravel driveway
adjacent to the existing sidewalk.
Item 6. The new deck will be slotted (pervious.) We have indicated this on the Impervious Surface
Plan on sheet A.01. There will be a 4' x 8' concrete pad below the deck outside the basement door (see
the Basement Plan sheet A. 02.) We have added this to the impervious surface plan as well.
Item 7. We have indicated the items included in the impervious surface plan on sheet A.01. The
calculation bas been revised.
Item 8. The Site qualifies as a minor site per City of Edmonds Handout #E72. A Site Classification
Chart has been added to sheet A.01 and enclosed with this letter.
