The revisions address comments outlined in your June 6, 2014 Plan review corrections notice, which are also included here for reference. Each added note or new information has been clouded and has revision symbol I placed by the cloud. Plot Plan: 1. Add note to plan "All utilities will be installed underground". The requested note has been added along with the utility legend. 4. Please note the location of the nearest fire hydrant on plan and note the distance between the property line and the hydrant. The nearest fire hydrant was already shown on the plot plan and was labeled "nearest fire hydrant". We have added a dimension with the distance to the property line. 5. Please revise impervious surfaces information. See comment #1 under Stormwater. Per discussion between Donna Breske, Jerry Shuster and yourself and per attached email dated, it is not necessary to revise the impervious surfaces information as it is agreed that the exempt impervious area was correct, and can stay as calculated for this case, since a stream discharge is not involved. Also see response letter prepared by Donna Breske for Civil drawings. I appreciate the opportunity to present the enclosed revisions.
