It is unclear, however, if t "t" alt structures were included in the lot coverage calculations. Based on aerial photographs, it appears there may be additional structures, possibly sheds, located on the property. Please show all existing structures and indicate their dimensions. Additionally, in order for staff to verify the lot coverage calculations, please provide a breakdown of the calculations on your site plan (i.e. footprint of existing residence and garage, proposed addition, any eaves in excess of 30", any sheds or other existing structures, etc.). The proposed lot coverage must be stated in square feet and calculated as a percentage of the corrected lot area. Please submit three copies of your revised site plan (including one reduced copy) and two copies of any revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator.
