July 25, 2014 –Comment not fully addressed. Not all of the easements were clearly shown and referenced on the preliminary plans, including the access and utility easement, distribution easement and storm easementas highlighted below. 2)6/16/2014 comment -For existing easements, please note AFN recording number. This includes easementsthat were recorded as part of the lot line adjustment. 7/25/2014 –comment partially addressed. Show easements and provide AFN’s as noted under comment #1. City of Edmonds 3)6/16/2014 comment -The Lot Line Adjustment documents have an Easements and Restrictions notes section that is applicable to this short plat development. Please include appropriate references. 7/25/2014 –comment not addressed. Provided below is a copy of the easemnets and restrictions notes section provided on the lot line adjustment documents. These easements were not recorded with the lot line adjustment, therefore, a reference to the LLA recording docs is not an acceptable way to note that these easements encumber the property. Please revise plans to incorporate this language into the plan set, thereby giving direct reference to the easements. 4)6/16/2014 comment -Easement Provisions noted with the Lot Line Adjusment shallalso be included inthe subject short platdocumentsand revised as needed to include reference to all proposed lots. 7/25/2014 –comment not addressed. Provided below is a copy of the provisions provided on the lot line adjustment documents. Easement provisions shall be included on the short plat documents, written specific to the proposed 4-lot development. Thank you.
