A complete review cannot be performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the ‘clouded’ or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may result in additional comments. On sheet A6.0 – Sections: 1.Section 1 – Building Section - Clarify the proposal as a revision to this permit, work to be done that changes work proposed under a separate permit. The ‘Partial Height Wall per Shell & Core Permit’ would be completed under the scope of work of permit BLD2014- 0331 and would be a proposed change to the ‘Full Height Tenant Separation Walls’ indicated on sheet ‘A2.0’ and marked as wall type ‘W1’. The required construction of wall type ‘W1’ listed on sheet ‘A6.0’ results in a full height wall. A revision to permit BLD2014-0331 should include the area of the proposed change(s) and a detail(s) representing the required construction proposed. Of particular concern is the apparent proposal to construct an approximately 35 foot-long, 10 foot-tall wall without bracing attached to the top of the wall.
