During a review of the plans by the Building Division for the above noted project, it was found that
the following information, clarifications, or changes are needed. A complete review cannot be
performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the
clouded or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted
to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may
result in additional comments.
On sheet A6.0 Sections:
1.Section 1 Building Section - Clarify the proposal as a revision to this permit, work to be
done that changes work proposed under a separate permit. The Partial Height Wall per
Shell & Core Permit would be completed under the scope of work of permit BLD2014-
0331 and would be a proposed change to the Full Height Tenant Separation Walls
indicated on sheet A2.0 and marked as wall type W1. The required construction of wall
type W1 listed on sheet A6.0 results in a full height wall.
A revision to permit BLD2014-0331 should include the area of the proposed change(s) and a
detail(s) representing the required construction proposed. Of particular concern is the
apparent proposal to construct an approximately 35 foot-long, 10 foot-tall wall without
bracing attached to the top of the wall.
