The following list describes revisions rnade to the drawings in response to the plan
review coninients received for the above referenced project. Revisioris to the drawings [lave
been CIOUded and are Marked with delta IM, labeled BUIletiri #1 dated 08/28/14.
1. The van accessible space has been relocated to the parking area along the Wilding as
requested.
2. "I"he existing fire separation wall will have (1) additional layer, of 5/8"'Type Xgypsum board
laminated to each side to achieve the 2 hour fire rating per the fire departarent G01111flents,
(Corninent 1 a, on letter (fated July 31, 2014). The fire ShUtters have been revised to ari 1 -1 /2
1101,11 fire rating.
3. As peryOUr telephone conversation with N/liki Andjelkovic, regarding the required gUardS for,
the loading dock area, the guardrail shall retriain a 42" high 2-pipe rail systear due to the fact
that the area is riot open to the public.
4. A note was added to sheet M1.0 regarding roof/ ceilirig penetrations shall be rnirril"nUni 1-1/2
hour fire darriper. A horizontal darriper detail was also added to sheet M1. I.
5. See attached calculation sheets arid sketches SK-1 and SK-2 frorn KPIT C�onSL]lting
Engineers.
6. PlUmbing note #18 was revised to reflect W slope for drains 3" and less and 1/8" slope for -
drains larger than 4" in size.
I believe the attael'ied corrected drawirigs arid the correspondence above are appropriate
responses to the plan review letter. Please contact me directly if YOU havearry qUestions or if
there is fWAher information needed -to expedite permit approval.
Also please note that per the planning, engirreering arid public works departrrient corrunents
that were received, tl-,ie following additional revisions were rnac!E� to the drawings:

The trash enclosure [fas been located at the rear, of the building next to the loading doc'l<
area, (southeast corner"of bUilding). See Sheet AS1 .0 for enlarged plan and details oftrash

—located at the west entry drive has been eliminated as requested , 'Fhe
area shall be irr-filled with asphalt, (to nlatch the existing adjacent surfaces). See Sheet
