Mike,
In response to your letter of 10/20/14 regarding the corrections for the site plan for the
above mentioned project, I am submitting this letter of clarification.
The scaling problem is corrected.
I have verified that the setback line is correct; it is overlapped by a contour line at that
location. The dimension at the lower right hand side of the lot is to the front columns. The
note you refer to about "secondary street setback' is not relevant as we are not within or
using those setbacks due to a requirement from engineering about drywell locations. As a
result of that correction, the house was moved an additional 5 feet back on the lot.
The height calculations have not changed and the markers are moved accordingly.
