During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

1) A concrete anti -flotation base is required for the grinder pump assembly.
a. The proposed grinder pump location does not allow for the concrete base. Please relocate
the pump such that the pump, assembly and base are are located within the subject site.
b. Please show how the installation of the assembly and base will occur without obtaining a
construction easement. l.a,b,c) Lift Unit relocated to be within 15ft

Engineering Plan Review Comments
10) Please show how the installation of the force line will occour without the need of obtaining a
construction easement. Per the plans it appears that to install the force line would require some
trenching on the north property.
Lift Unit relocated off northerly property line to avoid proximity. Sewer force line shifted off
PL as possible (centered between house and PL where possible) and shown with minimum
2ft offset from PL and 2ft separation from power where most constrained at home NW
corner). Note added to plan with input/direction from City of Edmonds Development Review
(Jennifer Lambert and Jeanie McCdonnel) indicating use of 6" PVC encacement pipe where
power/sewer separation is 2ft, and that ALL construction to be kept on -site - no construction/
installation practices are to cross the northerly property line.
